FOREPEAK
This area contains the anchor handling gear and chain locker. There is a short watertight door between the owner’s stateroom and forepeak. The door is located above the centerline seat. There are port and starboard workbench surfaces with storage bins for tools and parts. The sole is finished with a commercial duty rubber flooring material. Under the sole is a watertight hatch to allow access to the bow thruster.
OWNER’S STATEROOM
This stateroom spans the width of the boat. There are wide port and starboard bunks forward with a seat between them on centerline. Outboard of the bunks are lockers and bookshelves and aft of the port bookshelf is a hanging locker. Opposite the hanging locker, to starboard, is the owner’s desk. The sole is teak. Aft on the port side is the owner’s head with stall shower. The head has a teak grate, and the shower has a Corian panel over a molded pan.
MAIN SALOON
On the port side there is a U-shaped settee with an oval teak dining table and bookshelves fore and aft. Outboard of the settee are lockers for crockery and glasses. Outboard on the starboard side there are lockers and a pop-up TV. The sole is teak.
GALLEY
The counter is U-shaped and contains a twin basin sink on the inboard side, storage under the fwd portion and the Bradwater 4-burner stove / oven. On the inboard face of the centerline counter there is a storage area. Over the forward portion of the countertop is a cabinet with a microwave. The forward outboard corner of the galley contains a freezer box under the counter with (2) top opening lids. The refrigeration box with a side-opening lid above the counter is aft. Sea Frost DC compressor and holding plates.
GUEST STATEROOM
Contains a twin single. Forward of the outboard bunk is a hanging locker. Between the bunks on the aft end of the stateroom is a small bureau with drawers. The sole is teak and holly. Forward of the guest stateroom is a head with separate stall shower. The head has a teak grate, and the shower has a Corian panel over a molded pan. The head includes a door at the base of the companionway steps allowing for use as a dayhead.
UTILITY ROOM / STARBOARD STATE ROOM
A combination utility room and captain’s cabin. Twin bunk berths. Leading aft is an insulated watertight door into the engine room.
PILOT HOUSE
There is a U-shaped settee to port with a teak table. The navigation station is on the starboard side facing forward. Forward of the navigation equipment enclosure is open down into the main saloon / galley. Outboard on the starboard side is a pilot berth. Inboard of the pilot berth is a countertop with chart and navigation tool storage. There is a large hatch in the sole to provide additional access to the engine room. Sole finished in natural teak. Wipers on forward windows.
ENGINE ROOM
The engine and machinery room contains the main engine, generator, steering, water maker, air conditioning, heating, hydraulics, spare parts and tools (including fitted storage box), and other miscellaneous pumps and equipment for the boat. Proper guards and handholds protect machinery and occupants. Sound insulation finished in perforated aluminum panels. Ease of maintenance, access, and safety will determine the layout of all equipment located in this area. The sole is FRP pultruded grating installed in easily removable sections.
INTERIOR STYLING
Interior in traditional raised-panel mahogany with solid mahogany molding. Hull ceilings are painted V-groove. Overheads are fabric-covered panels. Soles are teak.
