Repowered from gas to diesel by Delta Custom boat works on Cape Canaveral. Old gas engines were 454 ci, 350 hp. This was a major refit changing shafts to 1 3/4", props (spares included), increasing raw water intake and strainer size, increasing exhaust ports, and mufflers. Saddle tanks were also added for a total of 440 gal.
Engines are 2337 hrs, genset has 3174 hrs.
No longer have lower station guage panel. But do have Cummins mechanical guage panel from flybridge when changed to digital engine displays. This boat has full NMEA 2000 connectivity including engine displays, all navigation electronics, and even Fusion stereo.
Gel coat has thinned in some areas. Would recommend painting.
No known structural or mechanical issues. Cross beam under cockpit bulkhead was replaced during engine refit with fiberglass beam. Same for cockpit bulkhead.
Boat has primarily made Bahama trips.
I usually cruise the boat between 22 and 24 knots, sometimes 25 knots. All depending on how heavily loaded. This corresponds to roughly 2200 rpm, 2400 rpm, and 2500 rpm. Engines top out at 3000 rpm, 29.5 knots.
Two saddle tanks plus main tank. Range at cruise is roughly 400 nm.
Fresh water tank is 50 gal. Holding tank is approximately 13 gal.
17 degree deadrise midship, (measured for tilt element transducer. I believe the same at the transom.
