No sacrifices have been made in the design of the open air living areas. The generous Fly bridge is fitted with seating, tables, refrigerator and bar. The bow, with sun beds is positioned for those who do not want to forgo a suntan.

The performance of the M23 is indisputably high: in fact, with half load it can reach a good 28 knots maximum speed. The nearly 8,000 liters of fuel guarantee excellent autonomy.

The large windows give life to suggestive transpa­rencies depending on the time of day and the use of artificial light, and allow those who love life aboard to contemplate the changing and emo­tional sea spectacle. The salon is welcoming and relaxing, equipped with a corner bar, a hidden plasma TV and every other type of comfort.

Most striking is the variety of the furnishings. Whether elegant and refined or minimalistic and functional, they give the Maiora 23 a style in line with the wishes of the owner. On entering the cabin, one's expectations are immediately charged with emotion and astonishment thanks to the refinement of the upholstery and the warm wood contrasting with the luster of glass and steel which create a unique range of emotions.

The furnishings are in neutral tones, but noticeable nonetheless and the minimal but curved lines seem to be inspired by the sea world. The bed is the representative symbol of the sleeping area and thanks to its careful and brilliant design it becomes an oasis of well being. It is accessorized to offer every comfort: abat jours for night-time, a headboard covered in leather, a built-in stereo system and even a massage function. From the wide portholes one can relax whilst watching the changing movements of the sea and the light games that are reflected onto the light walls.

Considered to be an area in need of welI-studied space, the galley has been studied down to the last millimeter and allows one to move freely, store all the "tools of the trade"; satisfy all new requirements, and gives the added touch of style which naturally a Fipa yacht never lacks.

The galley environment encompasses all indispensable functions: washing, cooking, preserving and food storage, it also becomes a living area possessing a large area equipped with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments together.

The galley, in the traditional sense, no longer exists, but is transformed into an unmistakably personal space that completely blends quality materials and technology. A creative design for a unique atmosphere.

Mental and physical well being are the concepts that drove the planning of this space.  Trendy design, areas of relaxation and furnishings which mirror the personality of the owner.  An ambitious project which redesigns the traditional bathroom atmosphere, transforming it into a place to rediscover intimacy and emotions. 

Thanks to clean lines of the dresser, this space can also acquire minimalistic style because all bathroom necessities are hidden.  Thus functionality blends with beauty.  Comfortable and well studied, everything is thought out according to the widely varied requirements of the users. 

The custom fitted furniture is created in wood and other materials.  The vanity top and floors are a delicate cream and ash colored marble.  Al the fittings are of an essential design in chrome plated metal.  Positioned over the two ample wash-basins is a large mirror.

The Fly is designed according to the philosophy of entertainment. The outside areas are large, functional, technological and fitted for every comfort: from soft sunbeds to a luxurious bar and modern seating.

There is no better way to spend time in company than to have a lovely meal seated at the large wooden table and matching chairs. For those who are never satisfied, there is a wonderful hydro-massage bath situated on the upper bridge. Style, comfort and extreme luxury.

The navigation bridge is skillfully planned in order to accommodate the majority of the equipment and to allow even the most demanding captain to thoroughly know every secret of his most precious jewel.
