With integrated GPS the pods are also capable of precise position-keeping which comes in handy while docking, chasing the kids or grandkids out on the Opti/420 racecourse or waiting for an ICW bridge to open.
Unlike most express boats in this size range, the Hunt 44 does not have a sunken cockpit. Her aft deck lounge area is the same level as the enclosed pilothouse salon (separated by double wide sliding glass doors) which makes for a huge seamless entertainment space indoors and out.
