The Formula 40PC has a sleek, aerodynamic express cruiser profile with a fiberglass deep-V hull for good seakeeping and stability. It includes features like an integrated bow platform, hardtop with venting hatches, curved tempered-glass windshield, swim platform with ladder, and options such as a hydraulic swim platform. The cockpit emphasizes entertaining with U-shaped aft seating (convertible to sunpad), dual helm seats, a wet bar with Corian surfaces, refrigerator/icemaker, and ample storage. It features high-quality materials, LED lighting, premium audio, and enclosures for extended use. 

Owners and reviews praise its nimble handling, level ride, and IPS joystick ease for docking. It is built strongly (Formula's race heritage influence) with foam-filled hulls, robust deck-to-hull joints, and good attention to detail. It performs well in various conditions but, like similar express cruisers, prioritizes speed and comfort over extreme offshore capability in very rough seas.
