(12)365 Watt monocrystalline solar panels are mounted on the roof (No Inverter Power System is Included). This custom dock was built in 2022 by Premier Docks with Perma-Float encapsulated styrofoam flotation under a 2" x 5" galvanized steel frame and a concrete tile flooring system, (3)mooring cleats, (10)post-mounted dock fenders, and (4)attachment points for securing to anchors or a mooring line. This single slip covered dock with solar panels only (solar powered system - batteries, controllers, & inverter have been removed) can remain at it's current mooring location inside a commercial marina harbor, or can be relocated to a marina of your preference (subject to availability), or repurposed as a private dock at your lakefront property with the appropriate 26a TVA Dock Permit and adding a gangway for shoreline access.
