Seller purchased this boat in Jacksonville about a year ago. He is a very experienced boater and has had many boats in the past. He really loves this boat and would keep it, unfortunately the new house he bought with his wife on the river does not have a dock that will hold a 40' plus boat comfortably or safely. So basically he has a water front home with a dock and pays $1,000 a month for storage AND he would be happy with a 30' boat AND not have to pay $1,000 a month for dockage.
Soooo. If you have a 30' Dual Console with outboards and you want an upgrade in the 40' area maybe we can work something out. And please let me be very clear... If it does not have outboards, we will not work it out. No inboards.. no inboard/ outboards.. no exceptions.
This is a wonderful "day boat" that happens to be equipped with two interior cabins, Galley and head compartment that also screams express cruiser... Oh and a 40' boat with triple 350 HP Mercs and a Top end at 52 MPH... THIS is a bad ash boat!!
There was a marine survey done last year. It will be printed out when received and placed onboard for personal review for serious buyers.
Replacement value on this boat is $750k, and Buc Book values currently running $430k to $475k... Do not delay it a great value and Time and Tide wait for No One!!!
