Lee Turlington

New Boat Specialist

Lee Turlington grew up in Wachapreague, Virginia, working as a charter boat mate during the summers and assisting his father on the family farm in the off-season. Over the years, he owned several boats and enjoyed boating and sandbar Sundays with friends on the Chesapeake Bay. Lee is also an avid duck hunter, often accompanied by his two black labs, Django and Rooster.
Lee re-entered the boating industry by helping BW James move boats for Bluewater, which opened the door for him to join the Hampton yard. There, he spent five years learning and working his way into a new boat specialist position, handling commissioning, deliveries, and warranty services for new boats. His dedication and expertise eventually led to a role in sales, where he now covers the entire Mid-Atlantic region.
