Baxter Lusink

Sales Manager

Baxter Lusink is a Sales Manager with Bluewater Yacht Sales, based in Beaufort, North Carolina. He plays a key leadership role within the organization, supporting brokers, managing inventory performance, and helping clients navigate the yacht buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.

On the personal side, Baxter’s family operated a boating dealership in the South East. In addition to that first-hand exposure, he was a competitive water-skier, avid tournament fisherman, and a National Champion Stock outboard racer.

Professionally, Baxter most recently served as General Manager for one of the largest boat sales companies in the country. He began his career with Mercury Marine, where he took on the roles of District Manager, Regional Manager, and Saltwater OEM Manager —giving him a well ­rounded perspective from the manufacturer, dealer, and customer viewpoints.
Baxter and his family share a deep love for the water and enjoy boating and fishing throughout Eastern North Carolina.
