OVERVIEW:
This 44m tri deck layout offers incredibly spacious area’s that rival much larger yachts with incredible views and natural light throughout.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Lumina hosts a five-cabin layout with full beam on deck master and four lower deck guest cabins accommodating 11 guest in total.
LOWER DECK:
Comprised of two VIP cabins and two guest cabins setup with three queen beds and one cabin with side-by-side berths that can convert to queen as well as one pullman bunk.
MAIN DECK:
As you enter the salon you immediately feel the spaciousness with oversized windows to enjoy the view of the sea from every angle. Formal dining forward with seating for 10 that is complimented by a relaxing lounge area complete with full Crestron AV & retractable television. The galley is also to port on main deck for easy service with separate service passages.
OWNER’S STATEROOM:
Located forward walking through the office you enter the full beam master stateroom with large windows to let in the natural light. And further forward host a full beam ensuite with Cassetta design features creating a relaxing atmosphere. Aft is a very large walk-in wardrobe for him and her. A complete compliment of Crestron driven AV as well as blackout blinds and climate and lighting controls at a touch of the ipad.
BRIDGE DECK:
Located on the upper deck supported by a first officer desk and full prep pantry to skylounge is very well proportioned included full captain cabin & ensuite.
SUN DECK:
Absolutely spacious with plenty of lounging area as well as a dining table for 12 under the hardtop. Offset by a large wet bar and open space for exercising and yoga.
CREW ACCOMODATION:
Captain cabin is separate behind pilot house. The four crew cabins are spacious and to code with excellent fit and finished including marble vanity tops ensuite. Upper lower bunks accommodate 8 persons. The crew mess and lounge is fully outfitted. Laundry is forward with two sets of washer dryers.
