Nonsuch sailboats, designed by Mark Ellis and built by Hinterhoeller Yachts in Ontario, are highly popular, easily handled cruiser catboats. Known for their unstayed masts, large wishbone booms, and comfortable, spacious interiors, over 950 boats were built in sizes ranging from 22 to 36 feet. They are renowned for their ability to be single-handed.
The Nonsuch 30 Ultra is a popular 30-foot cruiser known for its exceptional interior volume, ease of handling, and unique unstayed cat-rigged sail plan. The Ultra model features a longer cockpit and better galley layout compared to earlier versions. With standing headroom comparable to a 35-foot boat, a U-shaped galley and a dedicated navigator's station, the 30 Ultra exemplifies a beautiful use of interior space!
Walrus V has been impeccably cared for by both the current owner and the previous owner as well. Routine maintenance has always been performed and many improvements have been done recently, including new anchor, custom happy pac, newer sails within the last couple years, new cockpit enclosure and more! She is ready to hit the water and go out on her next adventure with plenty of room for friends and family and fully equipped with solar panels. Don't miss out on this beauty!
