Owner’s comments: My deck has never leaked and I keep the teak caulked (I recaulked the entire deck last year). I have a hull survey from 2023 by a certified inspector. The Lehman engine has a verified 113 hours since rebuild. The generator is completely rebuilt last year by Certified Diesel. All tanks have been inspected by Certified Diesel with no issues found. I have had the hydraulic steering rebuilt, repacked the rudder gland, replaced the propeller, have a spare, rewired the bow thruster, installed a new windlass, added 1400 watts of solar power, chart plotters on upper and lower helm, replaced the front windows, and had all new canvas on the upper helm which completely enclosed the entire top. The cabin windows have canvas covers, at the moment there are no leaks in the cabin, replaced the swim platform, new anchor line with a spare, two anchors, and I have a complete set of hoses, belts, filters and impellers to be able to do basic repairs at sea. The boat's wiring was inspected by Certified Diesel to be sure that there were no electrolysis issues and had any electric wiring done by the electrician at Safe Cove. I have done all the maintenance work myself and assure you it has been done well.
