Meet ESCAPE PLAN — a 2017 Princess 88 Flybridge Motor Yacht and one of the most heavily optioned examples of this model ever built. She's a one-owner yacht, ordered new with an extensive factory options list beyond the already flagship-level standard specification. The design is inspired by Princess' M Class — superyacht DNA in an 88-foot package. The service records are complete and professionally maintained since new. She's powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesels at 1,925 horsepower each, with 1,196 hours on the port engine and 1,201 on starboard. The 1,000-hour service was completed in March 2025, which included four brand-new aftercooler cores. A full heat exchanger service with new plate seals and elbows followed in October 2025. Twin Phasor 40 kW generators — upgraded during the build for EPA compliance, have been serviced on schedule throughout, including heat exchanger cleanings and cooling hose replacement in July 2026, and the four-chiller air conditioning system has been maintained from new — most recently with a new thermostatic expansion valve, impeller, and refrigerant on chiller #3 in September 2026. Fresh from the yard: June 2026 haulout at Rybovich — two fresh coats of bottom paint, Propspeed on the running gear, propellers pulled and balanced, bow and stern thrusters removed and serviced, and the swim platform fully overhauled with new hydraulic hoses and sensors. The passerelle was fully overhauled in 2024, the exhaust hoses and risers were replaced in 2023, and both eight-man Ocean Safety liferafts were inspected and repacked in April 2026. On deck, ESCAPE PLAN carries the options that set the great 88s apart: an electro-hydraulic fold-down balcony off the salon that opens the entire living space to the sea, Trac Star 9X fin stabilizers with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for effortless close-quarters handling, a 1,060-lb flybridge crane, a 1,800 GPD watermaker, and a full Garmin electronics suite — five GPSMAP chart plotters in all: twin 8616s at the flybridge helm, both replaced new in 2026, twin 7616s at the main helm, and a 7612 in the crew quarters — backed by 12 kW open-array radar, GXM 54 satellite weather, autopilot, and AIS, with FLIR thermal imaging for night running. Starlink and a dedicated Eero mesh network keep her connected underway. Dual Glendinning Cablemasters and a 100-amp Iso Boost transformer were all part of the original build. Below deck, the high gloss walnut interior is elegant, warm and timeless. Four staterooms sleep eight guests — a full-beam owner's cabin, a forward VIP, and two guest staterooms, with a Pullman bed in the port stateroom giving the option to sleep nine, all staterooms with ensuite bath featuring upgraded Mother of Pearl tile — with crew quarters for three, plus a convenient day head on the main deck. The open galley features Miele appliances with a rising countertop partition that adds privacy between the galley and salon, and the dining area carries a 40-bottle Miele wine cooler. The flybridge is built for entertaining: hardtop, wet bar with grill, an induction cooktop, extended bar with refrigeration, and an icemaker. Turn-key, crewed, and charter-capable — she is ready for her next owner.
